Meet your coach

I am an PCC accredited coach by the International Coach Federation with more than 6 years of professional experience in international corporate settings. My coaching aims at creating awareness and clarity and open up possibilities that you hadn’t imagined before. Designing your own goals, you feel empowered to move forward. I am committed to lifelong learning and continuous skills improvement, I am a Corporate CoachU Certified Graduate and I regularly invest in masterful mentoring. French and German, I have been living and working in Asia since 2007. Prior to becoming a coach, I spent 17 years in the corporate world holding management positions in process and product development, process control, industrial engineering, production and project management. I managed teams up to 200 people in Europe and Asia.

After practicing several years as internal coach, Deep Blue Coaching was born as my wish to provide support to those who need it to become their best selves and are ready to question some of their past beliefs and not afraid of trying new ways to make it happen. 

"Deep" because coaching is a deep transformational experience. It can appear as situation fixing or action planning tool but it is really about uncovering our potential and become the best we can be. There is no turning back...

"Blue" because I discovered it stands for wisdom, loyalty and communication, making it the color of coaching!
